Application and Development of Thin Organic Coated Steel Sheet

摘要 介绍了国内外薄有机涂层钢板的开发及应用概况,分析了涂层膜厚、耐蚀性、耐指纹性、润滑性、导电性、涂装性等性能的评价方法及影响因素,并对攀钢进一步提高薄有机涂层钢板的水平、质量及品种开发提出建议。 The development and application situations of thin organic coated steel sheet were introduced. Evaluating methods and influence factors on coating properties, such as corrosion resistance, fingerprint resistance, lubricity, etc. were described. Meanwhile, some suggestions for improving the quality and developing new products of the thin organic coated steel sheet in Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co. were put forward.
