摘要
本文报道了毛细管气相色谱法测定制剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。本法供试品处理简便,结果可靠,适用范围广。盐酸麻黄碱的量在0.24~1.45mg范围内有良好的定量关系,相关系数r为-0.9996,不同浓度对照品溶液测得的校正因子变异系数为0.48%。几种制剂的回收率在100.3±0.2%~102.5±0.3%范围。
A capillary gas chrom-
atographic method is described for mea-
suring ephedrin hydrochloride in prep-
aration. The procedure involves a single
extraction and acetylation of ephedrin.
n-Pentadecane was chosen as an internal
standard. Analysis was carried out on a
35m×0.25mm id. glass capillary column
coated with SE-30 and FID detector. The
oven, injector port, and detector temp-
ertures are 200, 205, and 195℃ respecti-
vety. Nitrogen, hydrogen, and air flow
rates are 50, 50, and 500ml/min respec-
tivety.
This method can be used to determine
ephedrin hydrochloride in the range of
0.24~1.45mg and r is -0.9996. CVof cor-
rection factor is o. 48% at different conc-
entration, and the average recovery is
101.2±0.9%. The assay is simple, accurate
and reproducible.
