摘要
铸造缺陷影响产品质量的现象非常严重,齿轮箱箱体裂纹就是常见缺陷之一。从液态到固态的结晶过程中,石墨的形状和大小与裂纹密切相关。利用电子探针,针对齿轮箱箱体裂纹,从石墨的形成过程剖析产生这一现象的原因。
Casting defects have a harmful effect on castings. The crack failure of gear box body is one of the most common casting defects. During the crystallization process from liquid metal to solid state, the shape and size of graphite has a close relationship with crack failure. The reason of crock defect in gear box body was studied by electron probe microanalysis from the formation process of graphite.
