摘要
建设社会主义新农村是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础,农民是建设社会主义新农村的主体力量,中青年劳动力则是建设新农村的中坚力量。但农村中的大部分中青年劳动力进城务工已经造成了新农村建设的主体缺位,严重地影响着新农村建设的进程。对此,必须采取相应措施,加强新农村建设主体力量,建设社会主义新农村。
Building a new socialist countryside is the foundation of comtructing a socialist harmonious society. Peasants are the main- body forces for building the new socialist countryside, and among them the young and middle- aged laborers are the key forces. But most of the young and middle- aged laborers in the countryside have become the migrant workers in the city, which leads to the vacancy for the key forces in building the new socialist countryside. It will certainly have a bad effect on building the new socialist countryside. Therefore, measures must be taken to strengthen the key forces for building the new socialist countryside.
