摘要
利用远缘杂交结合系统选择方法,以天然棕色棉BC1089、绿色棉GC1011(Gossypium hirsutum L)和白色海岛棉324(Gossypium barbadense L)为亲本配置杂交组合,从F1代开始连续自交,在其分离后代中选育出性状稳定的彩色棉新种质,这些种质材料的纤维品质和产量都比其亲本有所改进,方差分析结果表明,远缘杂交后代稳定株系纤维品质及产量都得到了不同程度的提高。
Distant hybrid combining the systems select breeding methods to natural brown cotton BC1089,green cotton GC1011(Gossypium hirsutum L)and white sea-island cotton 324(Gossypium barbadense L) configurate crosses.The character of every F1 plant is stable.F2 plants are crazy separation.From the F1 generation began self-crosslinking in its future generations of separation,breeding a new traits stable colored cotton germplasm.The result showed that fiber quality and yield of these germplasm material has been improved.Analysis of variance results showed that the fiber quality and yield of stability strains and future generations of distant hybrid,have been increased to a certain degree.
