摘要
崇明县作为上海市唯一的郊县,在药械的生产、经营和使用方面存在自身特点。通过对历年来崇明县药械违法案件进行分析,查找其违法特点和内在成因。为探索农村特色的药械监管道路,确保农村地区的药械市场安全可控进行了一些有益的探索。
This artical introduced the characteristic of current illegality of drug and medical device in Chongming,which is the only rural country of Shanghai,and explored the inner causation of these problems.This article also provided the strategy how to insure drug and medical device safety and the controllable in rural areas.
