纳米CeO_2对Al_2O_3/Cr_2O_3陶瓷涂层组织及性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of nanometer CeO_2 powder on the structure and properties of Al_2O_3/Cr_2O_3 ceramic coating

摘要 采用亚音速氧乙炔火焰喷涂制备涂层。通过在Al2O3/Cr2O3为基的陶瓷粉体中添加不同数量的纳米CeO2,探讨其对涂层组织及性能的影响。结果表明,纳米CeO2的加入使喷涂层的显微组织得到改善,喷涂层的耐磨性、结合强度、显微硬度得到提高。且随着纳米CeO2加入量的增加,涂层的性能呈先上升后下降的趋势。当纳米CeO2加入量为3%时,涂层中孔隙最少,涂层细化且致密,结合强度最高,显微硬度达到最高,耐磨性也最好。 The composite coating is prepared by the method of subsonic oxygen-acetylene flame spraying. By adding variable quantities of nanometer CeO2 in ceramic powders which are based on Al2O3/Cr2O3, its effects on the structure and properties of the coating are studied. The result shows that the addition of nanometre CeO2 in the spray powder helps to modify the microstructure of the composite coating, and at the same time, the wear resistance,adhesion strength, micro hardness can be improved. The trend of the properties of the coating was first up then down with quantities of nanometer CeO2 increasing. When adding quantity of nanometer CeO2 is 3% ,the porosity of the coating is the lowest,the microstructure of the coating is refined and compact, the wear resistance, the adhesion strength and the micro hardness reach the best respectively.
