摘要
振动筛是目前工程中最常用的筛分机械,筛分性能是振动筛在设计和应用中面临的重要问题,然而至今筛分理论却不能圆满解决这些问题。目前一种基于离散元的数值模拟方法被用以模拟和分析筛分问题,研究实践表明该方法是散体动力学分析的一种有效的工具。介绍了振动筛的研究背景和离散元法的基本理论,综述了离散元法的在筛分领域里的应用,讨论了目前筛分模拟的主要困难和未来发展中亟待解决的问题。
Vibrating screen is presently the most used screening machinery in engineering and screening performance is a major issue in its design and application. However, the available screening theories can not well solve the issue. A numerical simulation method based on discrete element is presently used in simulating and analyzing the screening. The research practice has proven that it is an efficient tool for granular dynamics analysis. The paper introduces the background of the research on vibrating screen and the basic theory of discrete element method, reviews the application of discrete element method in screening field and discusses the main difficulties in screening simulation and the issues to be solved in its future development.
