摘要
目的研究两级串联O/A曝气生物滤池挂膜方法,及挂膜阶段曝气生物滤池对COD和NH4+-N的去除效果.方法采用复合式接种挂膜(接种挂膜+自然挂膜),好氧挂膜与缺氧挂膜同时进行,污泥闷曝7 d后,进水流速由1 m/h逐步增加到3 m/h,曝气量稳定在0.4 L/min,持续21 d.结果历时28 d,出水COD NH去除率为84.54%,NH4+-N去除率为52.95%.结论采用复合式接种挂膜启动快,微生物生长良好,与缺氧微生物相比,好氧微生物更易培养.
We try to make the BAF start up quickly, research the tow classes aerobic-anoxic biological aerated filter, analyze the influence factors. The test makes use of compound start-up with inoculums(innoculum start-up and natural start-up). Aerobic start-up and anoxic start-up carry on at the same time. After 7 days sludge domesticates, the velocity of flow adds from lm/h to 3m/h gradually during 21 days. The outlet result is that the removal rate of COD is 84 ; 54 % and the removal rate of NH3 - N is 52.95 % at the 28ed day. The test indicates the start up is perfect at this time. The conclusion is that the microorganism grows well and start-up quickly because of the compound start-up with inoculums. The aerobic microorganism is fostered easier than the anoxic microorganism.
