摘要
根据中国北方地区183个气象台站1971-2000年逐旬气象资料,结合北方六省区酿酒葡萄取样化验结果和其它区划指标,采用主导因子法以7~8月水热系数为一级区划指标,以7~9月≥10%积温为二级区划指标,另外考虑了年≥10℃的活动积温、冬季1月份月平均气温,将中国北方酿酒葡萄适宜区划分为4级,即最优区、适宜区、次适宜区和不适宜区,利用MCAPS系统图形分析功能,制作了中国北方地区酿酒葡萄品质的气候适宜性区划图,提出各区域酿酒葡萄发展的限制气候因子和生产建议,为中国发展优质酿酒葡萄产业化发展和基地选择提供理论参考。
According to climatic data which were selected from 183 weather stations during 1971 to 2000, and taking water-heat coefficient from July to August as primary regionalization index and ≥ 10℃ accumulation temperature from July to September as secondary regionalization index, as well as considering ≥ 10 ℃ yearly accumulation temperature and mean temperature in January, the climatic regionalization of wine grape in north China were conducted with the methods of dominant indices and the research results of wine grape sampling in mainly growing area of north China. The tools of MCAPS were used to make regionalization image. The result showed that the area of wine grape growth in north China were divided into four climatic regions of the high quality zoning, suitable zoning, inferior suitable zoning and unsuited zoning for vineyard planting. The high quality region was mainly distributed in the mountain of Tianshan in Xinjiang, corridor of Hexi in Gansu and east foot of Helan mountain and Qingshui valley in Ningxia where rich in sunlight-heat resource, large diurnal range of air temperature, less than 300 mm rainfall in growing season, water-heat coefficient was less than 1.0 but had good irrigation condition, and ≥10 ℃ yearly accumulation temperature was from 2 890 to 4 150 ℃ ·d, ≥ 10 % accumulation temperature from July to September was from 1 660 to 2 130 ℃·d. It is not fit to plant wine grape in Northern Xinjiang,southern Ningxia,southern Gansu, Liaoning,Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui province and Inner Mongolia where had poor heat condition, ≥10 ℃ yearly accumulation temperature less than 2 800 ℃·d or water-heat coefficient from July to August more than 2.5 or lacking sunlight and mean temperature in January less than - 10 ℃. The suggestions for production and limited climatic indices in each region were put forward to accelerating industrialization of vintage and beneficial to vineyard development.
