柴油机微粒捕集器内流场均匀性优化探讨

摘要 微粒捕集器是主要的机外净化技术之一,要充分发挥多孔介质的吸附性能必须要有一个流速均匀流场。研究捕集器内流场的流动情况对捕集器的再生有重要意义。本文数值模拟某结构微粒捕集器的内部流场,并提出针对用2参数评价其不均匀性进而提出结构改进方案,获得了更加满足要求的流场分布。 Diesel particulate filter is one of the most important after- treatment technologies. It is necessary to get a uniform flow field so that adsorption performance of porous medium effects greatly. Research on status of the DPF flow is significant for its regeneration. The paper simulates the flow of some DPF and evaluates the uniformity by two parameters, proposes modification plan and obtains satisfied distribution of the flow field.
