摘要
介绍一种三毫米低噪声线性调频连续波与连续波接收机的设计,并给出了接收机的结构,实现了对线性调频连续波差拍信号的灵敏度频率控制。研制结果表明,该接收机具有低噪声、大动态、高增益的特点。
A kind of 3mm low-noise linear frequency modulated （FM） continuous wave （CW） is introduced, design and structure of the CW receiver is presented; sensitivity frequency control to FMCW beat signal is implemented. Test to the receiver shows that it features low-noise, large dynamic range and high gain.
