摘要
为制定我国海洋能发展战略与发展规划,研究了海洋能发展战略研究的基本思路:在国内外海洋能资源储量、开发利用现状、发展趋势研究和需求分析的研究基础上,提出我国海洋能开发利用指导思想、主要任务和发展目标,加快海洋能的研究与开发和试点示范,促进我国海洋能利用技术的产业化,提高海洋能在国家能源中的贡献率,为缓解沿海和海岛能源紧张和应对气候变化提供绿色能源。
To make China ocean energy development strategy and plan of, basic thought of research on ocean energy development strategy was studied. Guiding thought, major tasks and development goals for China＇s ocean energy development and utilization was put forward, on the basis of overseas and domestic ocean energy reserves, the current status of development and utilization, the studies of development trend and demand analysis. Accelerating the research and development of ocean energy and pilot demonstration, promoting the industrialization of China＇s ocean energy technology and improving the contribution rate of ocean energy in national energy, can provide green energy strategic thought for energy-saving and ejection-decreasing, coping with climatic changes and energy shortages.
