摘要
介绍了采用伺服驱动技术的电子送经、电子卷取控制系统的设计过程,此系统能满足在高速织造条件下对经纱张力的动态检测,进行检测信号与设置信号比较和计算,并对送经卷取运动实现控制与调整,有效地提高了织物质量。
The subject mainly depicts the designing of electronic let - off and electronic take - up systems which realize the dynamic control of the warp tension and realize signal test, comparison and calculation to control and readjust the let - off to effectively raise the fabric quality when the loom is running at high speed.
