摘要
施工进度计划是施工组织设计的中心内容，它涉及到怎样使施工进度计划在建筑施工实施过程中更具有客观性。本文运用模糊综合评判理论在施工进度计划全过程管理中，使计划在施工过程中发挥更大的经济效益。
Engineering progree project is of central contents of organization design,which refer to how to make engineering progress project have objectivity in the course of construction.By means of the application of the theory of fuzzy comprehensive judgement for administration of engineering progress project in construction, economic proficiency will be boosted.
