摘要
采用水培发芽方法研究了4种中性盐(NaCl、KCl、Na2SO4、K2SO4)和4种碱性盐(NaHCO3、KHCO3、Na2CO3、K2CO3)及其不同浓度培养对羊草种子萌发和根芽生长的影响。结果表明,钠盐对羊草种子萌发和根芽生长的抑制作用明显大于钾盐,碱性盐大于中性盐,二价盐大于一价盐。Na2CO3和NaHCO3浓度≥20mmol·L-1,Na2SO4、K2CO3和KHCO3浓度≥50mmol·L-1,NaCl、KCl和K2SO4浓度≥100mmol·L-1时对羊草种子萌发达到显著抑制水平。羊草根系对盐分的抑制作用具有敏感性,除5mmol·L-1的NaCl、KCl和NaHCO3外,各种盐分浓度对根长均达到显著抑制水平。相同摩尔浓度(以50mmol·L-1为例)下,羊草种子芽长在NaCl、KCl、Na2SO4、K2SO4、NaHCO3、KHCO3、Na2CO3和K2CO3胁迫下分别比对照下降了26%、5.5%、50.7%、11%、38.7%、37.1%、79%和83.9%。高Na+含量和高pH是抑制羊草种子萌发和根芽生长的主要原因。
Effects of 4 neutral salts (NaCl、KCl、Na2SO4、K2SO4)and 4 alkaline salts (NaHCO3、KHCO3、Na2CO3、K2CO3)and their different concentrations on seed germination and seedling growth of Leymus chinensis were investigated by method of water culture. The results showed that limitation of sodium salt stress to seed germination and growth of Leymus chinensis was obviously higher than potassium salt stress. Alkaline salt stress was obvious higher than neutral salt stress and bivalent salt stress was higher than monovalent salt stress. Seed germination was restrained markedly when Na2CO3,NaHCO3 ≥ 20 mmol·L^-1, Na2SO4, K2CO3, KHCO3 ≥ 50 mmol·L^-1 and NaCl, KCl, K2SO4≥ 100 mmol·L^-1. The root of Leymus chinensis was sensitive to the salts. Constrains of all salts and their different concentrations but NaCl, KCl and NaHCO3 of 5 mmol·L^-1 to root were significant. When molal concentrations of salts were the same (50 mmol·L^-1), the length of shoot under NaCl, KCl, Na2SO4, K2SO4, NaHCO3, KHCO3, Na2CO3 and K2CO3 stresses decreased 26%, 5.5%, 50.7%, 11%, 38.7%, 37.1%, 79% and 83.9% than the control, respectively. Higher content of Na^+ and pH were the major reasons for the limitations of seed germination and growth of Le ymus chine ns is .
