摘要
目前,利用最小二乘原理进行圆度误差评定时,一般只是给出圆度误差的评定结果,并没有给出评定结果的不确定度。本文在对圆度最小二乘评定模型线性化处理后,根据不确定度传递公式,推导出了不确定度估计公式,不仅保证了圆度评定结果的完整性,而且符合新一代产品几何规范(GPS)标准的要求,提高了工件检验的准确性。
At present, when roundness error is evaluated using least-square principle, usually only the verification result of roundness error is given, and the uncertainty of the verification results is not given. Through the hnearization for the model of leastsquare evolution of roundness, and according to the uncertainty propagation formula, an uncertainty estimation formula is deduced, which not only can assure the integrity of the verification results, but also accord with requirements of new generation of GPS standards and improve the veracity of verification.
