摘要
系统测定了黄瓜的呼吸速率及其夜变化。结果表明,黄瓜呼吸作用速率分布在1.2~1.9CO_2μmol·m^(-2)·S^(-1)之间。不同叶位间呼吸速率明显不同,幼叶和老叶呼吸作用高,健壮叶片呼吸速率低。呼吸速率夜变化表现为直线。温度明显影响呼吸速率,在30℃前后呼吸达到饱和。
In this experiment the respiratory rates of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L. )in plas-tic tunel in spring at night were studied. The main results were as follows: 1) The respirato-ry rates of most cutivars ranged from 1. 2~1. 9CO_2μmol. m . S . 2) There were obvious differences in the respiratory rates of different leaf positions, higher in the younger and older leaves, the lower in the middle leaves. 3) The respiratory rates varied in the night,the res-piratory curve showed in line. 4) Temperature exerted significent effects on respiratory rates.
