油菜籽酚类物质研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 油菜籽酚类物质作为一种新型的天然抗氧化剂,是油菜籽中一类重要的活性物质,在油菜籽仁和种皮中含量丰富。本文综述了油菜籽酚类物质的组成及性质、生物活性、制备方法及分析,并对油菜籽酚类物质在医药、功能性食品、化妆品等领域的应用前景作了概述。
