摘要
采用中和沉降-膜分离法处理含铬废水,此法处理含铬废水效果明显。试验结果表明:处理后的含铬废水出水水质与中和沉降条件、过滤条件等操作参数有关。当中和pH值为3—4,还原时间为2 h,纳滤膜过滤温度为70℃,操作压力为0.7 MPa,进料流量为50 L/h时,含铬废水中的Cr(Ⅵ)、总Cr、CODCr和悬浮物的去除率分别达到99.5%,99.5%,97%和93.1%,出水水质达到国家《污水综合排放》一级标准。
Neutraliza sedimentation-membrane separation was applied to treat chromium-containing wastewater. In this way, it had effect for treating chromium-containing wastewater. The results showed that the water quality of treated chromium-containing wastewater connected with the operation parameter, such as neutraliza-sedimentation and filtration condition. When neutraliza pH is 3--4, reduction time was 2 h, nanofiltration-filtration temperature, operation pressure and feed flow rate are 70 ℃, 0.7 MPa, and 50 L/h, the removal rates of Cr ( Ⅵ ), total Cr, CODCr and suspension substance reached 99.5 %, 99.5 %, 97 % and 93.1% respectively. The effluent water could reached 《National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards》 national first class discharge.
