摘要
文章运用随机前沿分析法对我国钢铁行业上市公司2000年至2006年间的技术效率进行了实证研究,得出结论:2000年以来我国钢铁类上市公司技术进步显著,技术对劳动力的替代效应明显;整个行业7年来技术效率改进不大,部分规模较大、综合实力较强的企业技术效率稳步提高,但另外一些企业的技术效率却逐年下降;显著影响技术效率的因素有企业规模、流通股比例、高管薪酬、东部与其他地区的差异;国有股比例、企业成立时间长短、董事会规模、独立董事人数、中西部地区差异与企业技术效率关联不显著。
This article makes an empirical analysis of listed companies＇ technological efficiency in Chinese steel industrial from2000 to 2006 and some conclusion are drawn. The technological progress of Chinese steel industry is significant 2000 from to the present. The substitute of technology vs labour is significant. The improvement of technological efficiency in this 7 years is not obvious. Some big companies＇ technological efficiency is rising gradually but other companies＇ technological efficiency is falling. The significant factors affecting technologic efficiency include firm scale, the ratio of liquid equity, top executive compensation, region difference between east and other place. And non-significant factors include state equity ration, the life-span of company, the scale of directorate, the difference between the middle and the west.
