厌食症发病相关因素研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的:探讨厌食症患儿的发病与血清瘦素、甲状腺激素、矿物质元素水平的相互关系。方法:测定96例厌食症患儿血清瘦素、甲状腺激素及血清矿物质元素水平,并与正常儿童检测结果进行1:1配对对照。结果:厌食症组患儿血清瘦素、甲状腺激素T3、T4、血清铁和血清锌水平明显低于正常对照组,血铅含量高于正常对照组,差异有显著性意义。血清镁、銅、钙水平与对照组比较差异无显著性。厌食症与血清瘦素、甲状腺激素T3、T4、血清铁和血清锌负相关,与血清铅呈正相关,与血清镁、銅、钙、铅无明显相关性。结论:甲状腺激素水平下降和铁、锌缺乏及铅水平升高是厌食症发病的重要因素。血清瘦素水平下降可能是机体的一种保护性机制。
