钢板上镀覆锌-镁合金及耐蚀机理的研究进展 被引量:3

Research Development of Manufacture Technology and Anticorrosion Mechanism of Zn-Mg Alloy Coating on Steel Sheet

摘要 概括了目前钢板上锌-镁合金镀层的制备工艺及其优缺点,指出真空蒸镀制备锌-镁合金镀层是目前最有可能率先实现商业化生产的方法;对锌-镁合金镀层的耐腐蚀机理做了简单介绍,认为MgZn2和Mg2Zn11金属间化合物的形成和其致密的腐蚀产物是耐蚀性提高的主要原因。 The manufacture processes and their advantages and disadvantages of Zn-Mg alloy coating on steel sheets were summed up, pointed out that vacuum physical vapor deposition (PVD) is the most possible method to first realize commercial production. The corrosion mechanism of Zn-Mg alloy coating was also introduced, formation of MgZn2 and Mg2Zn11 and their compact corrosion products are the main rea-sons of higher anticrorosion performance.
