摘要
主要论述了中国白酒香型的由来及现状。目前,中国白酒共有12个香型,各种香型白酒都有各自独特的风味特征。此外,还论述了中国白酒香型及风味特征的发展趋势。
The origin and the present situations of liquor flavor types in China were introduced in this paper. At present, there are 12 liquor flavor types in China and each one has its unique flavoring characteristics. In addition, the development trend of liquor flavor types and the flavoring characteristics was discussed.
