摘要
为改进肋骨冷弯机结构,提高船体肋骨的成型加工质量,以Pro/E为设计工具、以Pro/ME-CHANICA为分析平台,对中机架进行应力及变形分析,对其主要结构参数进行灵敏度分析,在满足结构强度的情况下,尽量减少中机架的变形,最终确定其主要参数,从而达到结构优化的目的。
In order to improve the structure of the frame bender and forming quality of the ship's frame, the Pro/MECHANICA was used as the analytic tool to analyze the stress and deformation of the middle housing of the frame bender. The sensitivity of its main parameters of structure was studied for optimal design of structures, so that the deformation was reduced as more as possible in the machine with enough strength.
