摘要
将阴离子交换树脂和阳离子交换树脂混合后填充在一根色谱柱中,即所谓阴阳离子混合床柱.研究了阴阳离子在此混合柱上的保留行为并探讨了其保留机理。在此基础上用混合柱进行了阴阳离子的同时分离和定量,并将该方法应用于水样中阴阳离子的同时分析,获得了较好的结果。
A mixed-bed column Mix-AC4 (4. 6mm i. d. × 100 mm) was packed with a mix ture of anion-exchange resin ICS-A23 and canon-exchange resin ICS-C25 at a mass ratio of 1: 1. The chromatographic behaviour of anions and canons on the mixed-bed column has been investigated using pyromellitic acid as eluent. All of canons (Na+, NH4+, K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+) were eluted as negative peaks on a single canon-exchange column ICS-C25. However positive peaks for Na+,NH4+ and K+, and. negative peaks for Ca2+ and Mg2+ were observed on the mixed-bed column Mix-AC4. This fact can be explained by a mechanism proposed by us recently. The method developed in this study has been used for the simultaneous determination of anions (H2PO4,CI-,NO3, SO ) and canons (Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ ) in tap water samples without any special pre-treatment.
