摘要
介绍了LCD的驱动原理,实现了一个24×4笔段式LCD驱动电路硬IP的设计,并给出了仿真结果。设计采用华虹0.25μm CMOS工艺,3.3V工作电压。在行负载为20nF,列负载为3nF,帧频为62.5Hz情况下进行仿真,输出驱动电压平均值为18.5mV。
This paper introduce the theory of LCD driver, and describe the structure of a 24 × 4 tin -LCD driver circuit which is designed as a hard IP for SoC integration. Finally give the result for simulation. The design implemented in a 0.25μm CMOS technology, and the operation voltage is 3.3V. It is presented that the DC voltage component of the output drive voltage is less 18.5mV ,when the output load of corn is 20nF,and the output load of seg is 3nF.
