摘要
探讨了介质pH值及Al3+,Mg2+,Zn2+离子对喹诺酮类药物氟哌酸荧光特性的影响.发现铝、镁及锌离子在不同pH值条件下与氟哌酸形成配合物而增强荧光,据此建立了用铝离子增强荧光测定氟哌酸含量的新方法.研究了不同pH值及不同金属离子存在下氟哌酸在氯仿-水间的分配.初步说明某些金属离子使药物在体内的吸收减少及活性减弱的现象,与药物和金属离子的配合作用而导致其在生物膜间的转运受阻有关.
The effects of pH values and some metallic ions (Al 3+ , Zn 2+ Mg 2+ ) on the fluorescence characteristics of quinolone drug norfloxacin have been studied. It was pointed that the fluorescent emission intensity and wavelength of amphoteric norfloxacin were related to its existing forms. The enhancement of fluorescence intensities of norfloxacin under different pH values by Al 3+ , Zn 2+ and Mg 2+ ions due to forming related complexes has beem studied. A new enhancing fluorimetric method by aluminium ions for the determination of norfloxacin has been developed. At different pH condition and in the presence of some metallic ions the chloroform/water distribution ratio of norfloxacin was determined, It was proved that the coordination of metallic ions with norfloxacin led to decrease its liposolubilities, which inhibited the transportation of norfloxacin across the biological membranes and decreased the absorption and bioactivity of drug in organism.
