摘要 将蛋白酶J-1应用于制革浸水工序中,通过考察浸水废液中蛋白质含量、羟脯氨酸含量和浸水后生皮的回软程度、黄心程度以及生皮的含水量等指标,优选出了浸水工序的最适酶用量。将不同用量的杀菌剂P-1与蛋白酶J-1复合制备了混合酶JP-1,考察了混合酶JP-1的相对活性随杀菌剂P-1浓度的变化规律。将硫酸酯盐类表面活性剂K-1与混合酶JP-1复合后制备了JPK-1酶制剂,考察了JPK-1酶制剂的相对活力随杀菌剂P-1浓度的变化规律,并将复合酶制剂分别应用于黄牛盐湿皮浸水工艺中,通过对浸水废液中蛋白质、羟脯氨酸含量以及浸水后生皮各项指标的检测,获得了最优的复合酶制剂制备工艺。结果表明,表面活性剂K-1的质量浓度为2.5 g/L时,JPK-1酶制剂的浸水效果最佳。 The proteinase J- 1 was applied in leather soaking. The protein mass fraction and hydroxyproline mass fraction in the waste liquor of soaking, and the extent of softness and yellow streak were tested to ensure the dosage of proteinase. The enzyme JP - 1 was prepared by using bactericide P - 1 and proteinase J - 1. The effect of bactericide P - 1 on proteinase J - 1 and their compatibility were inspected. The compound enzyme JPK - 1 was prepared with sulfated anionic surfactant K - 1 and enzyme JP - 1. The compound enzyme was used in the soaking process of leather. The influence and compatibility were researched to get the best preparation technique of the compound enzyme. Results of the experiments showed that the best mass concentration of sulfated anionic surfactant K - 1 is 2. 5 g/L.
