摘要
依据HB5142-1996标准对A356.0铝合金铸件断裂韧性进行测定,测出KIC为18.48 MPa.m1/2。通过进一步的断口观察和能谱分析,对影响材料断裂韧性的因素进行了分析。结果表明:铸造A356.0断口脆性特征明显,铸造试样中的宏观铸造缺陷对其断裂韧性造成很大影响。
According to the startdard HB5142-1996, the fi-acture toughness of foundry aluminum alloy A356.0 was tested, KIC is 18.48 MPa· m
^12. By means of further observation on the fractures and analysis of energy spectrum, the factors influencing fracture toughness of the material were analysed. The results show that the fi'actures of foundry A356.0 have outstanding cracking features and the macro-casting defect in foundry samples has a major effect on their fracture toughness.
