摘要
以某高速公路立交桥空心板梁边板加固为例,介绍预应力CFRP加固技术的特点、计算及施工工艺。实践表明:应用预应力CFRP加固技术,桥梁结构承载力可满足加固设计要求,且裂缝闭合,恢复部分挠曲变形;可提高构件刚度,桥梁结构的内力分布得到明显改善,取得了满意的综合加固效果。
Taking the strengthening of side slabs of the hollow slab girder of an expressway interchange as an example, this paper presents the characteristics, calculation and workmanship of the prestressing CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) technique for bridge strengthening. Practice proves that by applying the technique, the carrying capacity of the strengthened bridge structures can meet the design requirements, the cracks in the structures can be closed, part of the flexure deformation can be restored, the rigidity of the structural elements can be raised, the internal force distribution of the structures can be significantly improved and eventually the satisfactory comprehensive strengthening effect can be achieved.
