摘要
从心理学的认知、情感和行为三个维度分析医学生就业心理障碍的常见表现,提出了针对医学生就业心理障碍的预防与调适对策。
This paper analyzes common manifestations of the psychological obstacles of medical students during their job - hunting period from perspectives of psychological cognition, emotion and behavior, and puts forward corresponding adjustment countermeasures.
