摘要
基于铬天青S与铝显色反应具有较高灵敏度,以及利用Zn-EDTA络合铁(Ⅲ)极其稳定的特点,提出在原分析方法的基础上,采取以扩大工作曲线的下限范围,并多取分析试样量,增加Zn-EDTA用量等措施,无须其他的增敏手段,就可不经分离直接测定普碳钢,中低合金钢中0.010~0.10%铝。结果令人满意。
based on the higher sensitivity of CAS to alumino - chromogenic reaction and Zn -EDTA complex ferro extremely stabilized characteristic, this paper presents to adopt measures for expanding the range over low limit in the working curve, increasing the quantities of sample tube of for analysis and increasing consumption of Zn - EDTA etc, over the previous methods. This method can directly determine aluminum content of 0.01 - 0.10% in common carbon steels and intermediate low carbon alloy steels, without by means of sensitizing and separating. The obtained result is satisfactory.
