摘要
农村土地证券化作为一项农村土地和金融制度创新,对于克服当前我国新农村建设中所面临的诸多障碍具有重要意义。本文阐述了农村土地证券化的重要意义,分析了农村土地证券化的实施策略,指出了我国农村土地证券化的阻碍因素并提出了政策建议。
Rural land Securities as an innovation of rural land and financial system is of great significance to overcome numerous obstacles in Chinese new rural construction. This paper describes the importance of rural land securities and analyzes the implementation strategy of the rural land securities, and points out the impeding factors in domestic rural land securities and made policy recommendations.
