摘要
运用实证研究,选取制造业中的上市公司为样本,测量企业国际化程度,分析我国不同程度企业国际化经营对经营绩效的影响。得出在国际化初期,国际化程度与企业经营绩效存在正相关关系,由此建议企业采取国际化经营策略提升企业经营业绩。
This paper apply the empirical study on the relationship between corporate internationalization and performance. It select manufacturing company of China's listed firms as the sample to measure the degree of internationalization and the performance. This paper figure out the relationship between internationalization and performance and give some operate strategies to improve the corporate performance.
