摘要
目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将60例DPN患者随机分为2组。对照组30例采用西医常规治疗,维生素B1100 mg,维生素B12500μg,均每日1次肌肉注射。治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加服益气活血、化瘀通络中药治疗,每日1剂,水煎分2次温服。2组均1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率83.34%,对照组总有效率56.66%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医合治疗糖尿病周围神经病疗效确切。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM and westem medical on diabetic peripheral neuropathy disease （DPND）. Method 60 cases were treated at the section of outpatients were divided into two groups： control group with 30 cases and treatment group with 30 cases. Two groups were treated with western medical convention means, and the treatment group was remedied moreover with TCM. Result The total effective rate in the treatment group is 83.34% while that of the control group is 56.66%. There is very significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01） . Conclusion Combination of TCM and western medical has certain effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
