摘要
论述了三级供水区域计量体系的建立及作用,结合小区计量区域产销差不平衡的现象,分析了小区产销差不平衡产生的原因,进行了小区计量漏损系统的功能评价,提出了解决产销差的思路,最后探讨了区域计量的发展。
The building and functions of three levels water supply region metering system were discussed. Combining with the phenomenon of unbalance production and sales in district metering region, the cause of unbalance production and sales in district was analyzed, the function evaluation of district metering leakage system was carried out, and the idea of solving poor production and sales was provided. At last, the development of region metering was discussed.
