摘要
当前福建省外贸环境正发生深刻的变化,外贸企业以往的商业模式、运营策略、市场定位都要发生战略性的调整。如何选择正确的转型方向,实现可持续发展,显得尤为重要。本文根据波特的"价值链"理论阐述了企业实现可持续发展的转型方向,并以香港利丰公司、厦门国贸集团等资料为例,对理论做了进一步的阐述与加强。
Fujian foreign trade enterprises face the profound environment vicissitude. The previous business model,operation strategy, and market localization must be readjusted strategically. How to choose a correct reforming direction and realize sustainable development appears very important. According to Michael E. Porter＇s Value Chain theory, this article elaborates the reforming direction which Fujian foreign trade enterprises can realize, and takes Hong Kong Li ＆ Fung, Xiamen International Trade Group Corp. ,Ltd, etc. as examples to make further elaboration.
