摘要
本文以沉水植物苦草、刺苦草及水车前为研究对象,分别研究了其在不同盐度下的种子萌发反应。结果表明:盐度是影响沉水植物种子萌发的环境因子之一,对沉水植物种子的萌发起到一定的抑制作用。水车前种子的累积萌发率显著高于苦草和刺苦草种子的累积萌发率,并且苦草和刺苦草种子的累积萌发率没差异。在湖泊沉水植被恢复与重建时,针对苦草、刺苦草以及水车前种子对盐度的耐受性和它们自生生活史特性,可以采取不同的措施恢复沉水植物。如采用无性繁殖的方式种植苦草和刺苦草;采取规划保护区的方式恢复水车前种群等。
Effects of different concentration of NaCl solution on the seed germination of V. spiralis, V. spinulosa and Ottelia alismoides was studied. The results showed that salinity was one of the environmental factors which affected the seed germination of V. spiralis, V. spinulosa and Ottelia alismoides. It restricted the seed germination of the submerged macrophytes in a way. Ottelia alismoides always exhibited significantly higher accumulative germination percentages compared to V. spiralis and V. spinulosa, but no significant difference existed between the accumulation germination percentages of V. spiralis and that of V, spinulosa. Owing to Tolerancing salinity and life -history characteristics of V. spiralis,V, spinulosa and Ottelia alismoides, we adopted different measures to restore those plants in the recovery and reconstruction of vegetations. For the recovery of V. spiralis and V. spinulosa , we mainly recovered them by viable propagation units of submerged vegetation or by the seed germination of V. spiralis and V. spinulosa in the low concentration of NaCl solution. For the recovery of Ottelia alismoides , the seed germination rate of Ottelia alismoides is high, which was less affected by the salinity, so we mainly founded the nature sanctuary to restore Ottelia alismoides.
