摘要
辣木种子消毒后,剥壳后接种在MS培养基上,10天能萌发,种子萌发率达79%。适合辣木种子的消毒方法是:双氧水浸种6～8 h,清水洗净,0.1%升汞消毒25～40 min;室温下,发芽种子的茎段在MS+6-BA 0.1mg/L+KT0.5mg/L+蔗糖30%+琼脂6g/L的培养基上诱导产生不定芽,繁殖系数在6倍以上;不定芽切割后在MS+6-BA 0.6mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖30%+琼脂6g/L继代增殖,增殖倍数可达5.8倍;生根诱导在1/2 MS+IBA 0.05～0.5+蔗糖15%+琼脂6g/L培养基上均能获得健壮的生根苗,生根率达80%以上,IBA 0.1mg/L时,达98%;移栽苗圃成活率可达80%。辣木各阶段最佳的PH值范围是5.8～6.2。
The sterilized seeds of Moringa oleifera Lam started to germinate after they were striped and gowned on MS media for 10 days. The germinate rate was up to 79%. The suitable disinfection way ofM. oleifera＇s seeds was that soaked by H2O2 for 6-8h, cleaned by water, then sterilized with 0.1% HgCl2 25-40min. Under the common temperature, the sprig of germinated seeds could produce bud cluster and proliferation on the media of MS＋6-BA 0.1 mg/L＋KT 0.5 mg/L＋cane suger 30%＋agar 6g/L, and the proliferation rate could be more than 6 times. The media for multiplication was MS＋6- BA0.6mg/L＋NAA0.1mg/L＋cane suger30%＋agar 6 g/L, and the proliferation rate could be 5.8; The suitable media for rooting was 1/2 MS＋IBA 0.05-0.5＋Suger 15%, and the rooting rate could be over 80%, the best was up to 98% when IBA was 0.1 mg/L. The survival ratio was 80% when grown in nursery. The best pH range is 5.8-6.2.
