载脂蛋白C-Ⅲ基因多态性与早发冠心病的关系 被引量:2

The relationship between polymorphism of Apolipoprotein C-Ⅲ gene and premature coronary heart disease

摘要 目的探讨载脂蛋白C-Ⅲ(ApoC-Ⅲ)C-482T基因多态性与早发冠心病的关系。方法172例男性小于55岁,女性小于65岁,行冠状动脉造影检查的患者,按冠脉造影的结果分为早发冠心病组(病例组)及非早发冠心病组(对照组)。用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)检测所有研究对象ApoC-Ⅲ基因型。结果病例组与对照组基因型频率比较无显著性差异,χ2=0.394,P=0.821;C、T等位基因频率比较无显著性差异,χ2=0.168,P=0.682。结论ApoC-ⅢC-482T基因型和等位基因频率分布在早发冠心病组和对照组中无差异,不能认为ApoC-ⅢC-482T是早发冠心病的易感基因。 Objective To investigate the relationship beteewn polymorphism of Apolipoprotein C-Ⅲ gene and premature coronary heart disease. Methods Among 172 patients the age in males was 〈55years and 〈65 years in females, their diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)were proved by coronary angiography(CA), according to the results of CA they were divided into premature CHD group and control group. Polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was used to assay the gengtype of polymorphism of ApoC-Ⅲ gene in all subjects. Results The genotype frequency and allele frequency whether in the premature CHD group or the control group , there were no significant difference. Conclusion The polymorphism of ApoC-Ⅲ C-483T can not be regarded as a susceptible gene of premature CHD.
