摘要
通过对白皮松小树和古树的共生菌根菌的分离鉴定,并采用彩色豆马勃菌剂进行接种试验。结果表明,与白皮松共生的菌根菌均为外生菌根菌,不同生长地点的白皮松的共生菌根菌数量和种类不完全相同,但多数种类相同;接种彩色豆马勃菌剂能显著地促进白皮松小树树高的生长,但对地围的促进作用不显著;对白皮松古树接种彩色豆马勃菌剂,能显著地促进新发枝条和针束的生长,从而促进古树复壮。
Mycorrhiza fungi were isolated from symbiotic roots of young and old trees of Pinus bungeana,and the fungi species were identified.Inoculation experiment was followed with Pisolithus tinctoriu.The results showed that the symbiosis of pine root and mycorrhiza fungi was ecotrophic.There were differences in fungi species and quantity among pine trees growing in different sites,but most of the fungi belonged to the same type.The experiment indicated that inoculation of P.tinctoriu could effectively promote height growth of young pine trees but its effect on base diameter growth was not significant.Inoculation of P.tinctoriu on old pine trees could rejuvenate the trees by stimulating new branch and needle growths.
