摘要
以洋桔梗的叶片、不定芽、茎段等外植体为试验材料研究自然光及NH4+对洋桔梗玻璃化的影响。结果表明,同一培养基配方洋桔梗正常不定芽诱导率在自然光下比培养室内提高30%左右;NH4+除去或减半对洋桔梗玻璃化防治无明显效果,反而使同一条件下洋桔梗叶片诱导总不定芽数及正常芽数有所降低;自然光对已经玻璃化的不定芽转化无明显效果。
