摘要
目的观察综合疗法治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法全部初诊患儿230例(311眼)经视力、眼位、屈光间质、眼底、注视性质检查,排除器质性眼部病变,配戴矫正眼镜,采用遮盖法、精细目力训练、增视仪治疗、同视机训练等方法进行综合治疗。结果全部弱视患儿治愈146眼(47.0%),有改善143眼(46.0%),无效22眼(7.0%),总有效率93.0%.结论综合疗法治疗儿童弱视有效率较高,疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined therapy on children with amblyopia. Methods The examination of visual acuity, position of gaze, dioptrlc media, eye ground and visual fixation were taken in all 230 children （ 311 eyes ） with amplyopia. Structttral changes were excluded. Corrected glass were worn and combined therapy, such as occlusive therapy, fine visual acuity exercise, visual acttity improvement treatment and synoptophore exercise ,was carried out. Results Among all enrolled 311 eyes, 146 eyes recovered and the total recovery rate was 47. 0%, visual acuity of 143 eyes improved （46. 0% ） ,22 eyes had no efficacy（7.0% ）. Conclusion The combined therapy has a high effective power in the treatment of children with amblyopia.
