Progress of Neural Stem Cells Derived from Different Locations

摘要 神经干细胞体外分离培养的成功,为神经系统疾病的细胞移植治疗提供了广阔的细胞来源。目前,从脑、脊髓、骨髓、脐血、脂肪组织和脐带等均可分离得到神经干细胞,并可诱导分化为其他细胞。但是,神经干细胞来源部位不同,其分离培养的方法及其特性均不同。本文就近年来不同部位来源的神经干细胞的研究进展作一综述。 Neural stem cells(NSCs) have been successfully isolated and cultured in vitro, which provides wide cell sources for cell implantation in neural diseases. Nowadays, neural stem cells can be obtained from brain, spinal cord, bone marrow, cord blood, fatty tissue and umbilical cord, and may differentiate into other kinds of cells in vitro. However, neural stem cells have different characteristics and methods of isolation and culture as their different origins. The progress of neural stem cells of different origins was reviewed.
