摘要
研究鸡肉参的抗应激作用。采用常压耐缺氧、耐高温、耐低温、游泳实验,观察鸡肉参对小鼠抗应激作用的影响。不同剂量的鸡肉参均具有明显的抗应激作用,其中1.6g·kg-1剂量组有明显的耐缺氧(P<0.01)、耐高温(P<0.01)、耐低温(P<0.05)和抗疲劳(P<0.01)作用。结果表明鸡肉参有明显的抗应激作用。
To study the anti-stimulation action of the Incarvillea mairei （levl） Grireson. Observing the impact on anti--stimulation action of the Incarvillea mairei （levl） Grireson, bymice＇s common anti- anoxia test, higher temperature-resistant test, lower temperature-resistant test and swimming test. It showed that the Incarvillea mairei （le＇vl） Grireson took on the remark anti-stimulation action in the different dosages. The 1.6g·kg-1 dose had a significant on the anti-anoxia, resistant of higher temperature, resistant of lower temperature, anti-fatigue ability. The Incarvillea mairei （levl） Grireson has significant anti-stimulation action.
