摘要
通过菌种筛选获得了一株降解化工企业污水处理场硫系及NH_3类恶臭气体的菌种HB-1。采用投加菌种的方法,对生物滤池中的微生物进行驯化,5~6天后,硫化氢的去除效率达到95%以上,氨的去除效率达到85%以上。在此过程中,应用活菌计数的方法,完成了生物滤池中3种植物性材质填料的生物亲和性评估。
This paper introduced the application of microbiotechnology in treatment of sulfur odour in petrochemical progress. By the objective strains isolating technique, strain HB - 1 which can degrade malodorous gas from sulfur organic material and NH3 was screened. Combining importing HB - 1 and domestication, odour in the biofilter got controlled,5 -6 days later, the removal rate of H2S could reach over 95%, and it of NH3 could reach over 85 %. In the process, the bio - affinity of three kinds of filling materials was evaluated with micro - counting method.
