摘要
土地整理作为一项涉及资源环境、社会经济、政策制度的系统工程,是我国社会经济发展过程中解决土地利用问题的必然选择。以北京市通州区土地整理项目为例,介绍了土地整理在解决土地供需矛盾中的应用。
Land consolidation, as a system engineering involving resource environment, social economy and policy system, is the inevitable choice for solving land use problems during the process of social and economic development in China. Taking the land consolidation project in Tongzhou Area in Beijing as an example, the application of land consolidation in resolving the supply and demand contradiction was introduced.
