摘要
通过对冗余网络环境下控制系统通讯可靠性问题的分析,以RCM2200控制单元为核心,提出了基于非对称冗余网络结构数据通讯的容错方法,设计了非对称冗余网络控制单元硬件、软件并对工作原理进行了详细说明。介绍了通用控制节点的硬件设计、工作原理,以及如何利用DynamicC语言通过RCM2200核心模块接收串口请求帧,并把采集的数据转换成TCP报文传输给当地局域网。
Reliability of control systern communication based on redundant network is analyzed. The kernel of control units is RCM2200 embedded mode. The paper puts forward Fault Tolerant methods for data communication based on unsymmetrical redundant network structure, designs hardware and software for embedded control units based on unsymmetrical redundant network, elaborates the work principle and explains how to use Dynamic C by way of RCM2200 to receive orders sent out by PC's serial port and how to transform data into TCP message sent to LAN.
