摘要
分析了食用菌工厂化栽培环境远程监测系统的设计方案、硬件系统和软件系统。该远程监测系统采用PC机与以太网数据采集控制器进行通讯,对组态软件进行二次开发,实时采集和远程监测温度、湿度、光照强度和CO2浓度环境参数。运行试验表明,该系统具有性能稳定可靠、安装简单、监测精度高等特点,实现了各参数的实时动画显示、趋势曲线显示、数据库查询、报表输出打印等功能。
The design scheme, hardware and software of remote monitoring system for edible fungus industrial cultivation environment were comprehensively analyzed. The remote monitoring system could real-time collect and monitor environment parameters suchas temperature, humidity, iUuminance and carbon dioxide concentration through the communication between personal computer and Ethernet data-collecting controller, and develop customized software based on configuration software(monitor and control generated system). The experimental results proved its advantages of steady performance, sample installation, and high monitoring precision, and its function of real-time data recording & displaying, dynamic & historical data curves, database query and report forms printout has been realized.
